MULTIMEDIA TRAINING SYSTEM
SCORES POINTS FOR STUDENTS

Insight Software Ltd, of Leominster in Herefordshire, has developed a multimedia
training system that also assesses how much of the session the student has absorbed. The
system, ‘ShowHow', can be immediately updated as new processes and systems are introduced.
‘ShowHow' combines video, audio and computer technologies. The Training or Personnel
Manager can produce in-house training sessions which can be distributed through the company
computer network after initial familiarisation with ‘ShowHow' by a Insight Software
consultant.

At the end of each course, the student is presented with a QÀ session, the results of which
can be fed back to a training database, allowing the Personnel or Production Manager to focus
those individuals or groups with the most aptitude to a particular task.

companies. Whilst there are many CD-ROM and video training products around, once they have
