The View software support covers telephone software support via your nominated View System Supervisor. Any system updates or bug fixes are provided free of charge during the support period. Updates are usually supplied via modem using email free of charge. If this is not possible updates can be sent by disk. For Windows View users a virtual on-site support service is available, which enables your system to link directly to our network for speedy diagnostics and file transfer, minimising system down time. Software support also covers modifications to print forms and your company logo. Hardware supplied by View as part of a system is covered by a 12 month warranty on a return to manufacturer basis. View Support have recently added a news letter sent out twice yearly to all customers covered under View Support. These news letters are available here on-line to all View System users. All issues can be downloaded and printed, or read on-line. |
